“Expect stable power supply this semester”- Olaifa Qasim

The management of the Nigerian Institute of Journalism has provided an efficient Generator to empower the electrical sector of the institution.

The deputy senior technical officer, Mr. Olaifa Qasim said, “The Nigerian Government has been unable to provide a stable power supply in the country and no organisation can run successfully without sufficient power supply.

“Besides that, this department has been receiving complaints from different offices in this institution. We are therefore working towards providing stable power supply in other to ensure efficiency in the institution”.

He added that, “The generator was got from Mantrac. So, they will be the one to install the electrical part of the generator.”

Earlier this semester, the generator house had also been renovated before this new development.
